Understanding Comics, is the best book for anyone who is creating their own comic book. It may even give new inspiration to "old hands". |
Making Comics, is also another great work from Scott McCloud. This is a book every comic creator should have in their personal library. |
Practical Poser 7, is the only book I used when first learning Poser. It has everything you will need to know, explained clearly. |

Here is a great series of graphic novels, which are fun to read, and are a good learning experience. You can really get a sense of pacing and flow as you go through this popular series. I have read the whole series, which is now up to issue 8, with more to come.
